Questions people ask
Does my friend need to install anything?
No. They just open the link you send and type the code. Only the person getting help installs the app, and only if they want their friend to take over.
Windows warned me about the download. Is something wrong?
No. Windows warns about apps from publishers it doesn't recognise yet, and Best Friend Fix is new. We explain exactly what you'll see, and what to click, on the download page.
Can my friend see my screen when I'm not sharing?
No. Nothing is shared until you start a session, and it ends the moment you press Stop.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no account, no subscription, and no payment details.

Helping works on a phone — you can see your friend's screen and talk. Taking control needs a computer.
